KAMP Dovetail registration week is April 2, 2012 through April 6, 2012.

If you are interested in having your child attend KAMP Dovetail you must call in a reservation at 937-393-1904 extension 131 during registration week.  You will then have the 2 weeks following registration week to stop in at the Hopewell Center and complete your registration paperwork.  We will no longer be mailing registration packets.  You must come to the Hopewell Center to complete your registration.  The center will be open from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday for the 2 weeks following registration week.  Telephone reservations that do not have accompanying paperwork will be cancelled and filled from our waiting list starting the third week after registration.

We will be manning satellite registration locations in all of the surrounding counties during the 2 weeks following registration week.  The schedule of when and where you will be able to complete your registration will be available when you call in your reservation and will be published here as locations are manned and confirmed.  Satellite registration locations are dependent upon the availability of public facilities and our volunteer staff.  A convenient location and time can not be guaranteed. You should expect and make plans to complete your registration at the Hopewell Center.

Families with extremely extenuating circumstances can request special arrangements.  Please inform us of your circumstances and negotiate your arrangements when you call in your reservation.
